Negotiation before litigation on Brexit, urges Kelleher

The UK and EU need to get back around the negotiating table on Brexit – that’s the view of Billy Kelleher. The Fianna Fáil MEP says he is very disappointed by the UK’s unilateral action, but the problems with grace periods and trade in Northern Ireland would be better solved in the joint committee than in the European Court of Justice.
