Interview - MEPs Consider Plans for EU wide database to tackle car 'clocking'

Plans to tackle odometer manipulation across Europe will be debated by Members of the European Parliament today. 

It is a practice more commonly known as car 'clocking'. 

There has been an increase in the number of imported second hand cars bought in Ireland in recent years.
