Greta Thunberg rejects EU farming plan

Greta Thunberg has urged the EU to think again about its farming plan. The climate activist met with senior EU officials yesterday, but there is little sign that the European Commission is prepared to change its mind. The EU is in the middle of reforming the Common Agricultural Policy. Green MEP for Ireland South, Grace O’Sullivan, says it is vital farming is redesigned to meet Europe’s 2050 net-zero emission ambitions.
