Future of Europe event kicks off in Dublin Castle tomorrow

A major initiative involving people across the EU in debates about Europe’s future, will hold a key conference in Dublin this weekend.

A panel of two hundred EU citizens will gather in Dublin Castle to discuss a range of topics related to the future direction of the European Union. They’ve already held two previous meetings.

It’s all part of the Conference on the future of Europe which is a year-long project organised by EU institutions.

Well the National host for this weekend’s event is the Institute of International and European Affairs. Hannah Deasy is the IIEA’s Communications Director. She explains what’s going to happen this weekend.
