EU will fail climate targets without farming – O’Sullivan

The EU will fail to meet its 2050 zero-emission ambitions unless farmers are on board – that’s the warning from Grace O’Sullivan. The EU is in the process of reforming the Common Agricultural Policy which sets the rules for farmers. Climate activists, including Greta Thunberg, warn that the current proposals do not go far enough to help the environment. Green MEP, Grace O’Sullivan agrees. She says Europe needs to grab the chance to change farming for the better.
