Brexit and Ukraine likely to be in Taoiseach’s address – Markey

Taoiseach Micheál Martin will address the European Parliament in Strasbourg early on Wednesday morning. His speech will be the third in a series of debates this year with EU leaders on the topic of  “This is Europe”.
