EU "regret" over the Article 16 threat is not enough, questions still need to be answered, says Billy Kelleher. The European Commission President, Ursula von der Leyen, finally spoke publicly about the Northern Ireland mistake in a debate in the European Parliament this morning. She promised to continue to protect peace. But Fianna Fáil MEP, Billy Kelleher, will not let the issue drop. He says it is vital to find out what went wrong so that it does not happen again.
